Accessibility statement.

We want everyone who supports hospice patients to be able to use HospiNotes with ease, so an accessible experience is something we build for, not bolt on.

Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Our commitment

HospiNotes is a service of WaySel, and we believe our website should work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, magnifiers or keyboard only navigation. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible web experiences.

2. What we've done

To move toward that standard, we've built this site with accessibility in mind from the start. That includes:

3. Ongoing effort

Accessibility is never truly finished. We treat it as a continuous part of how we design and build, reviewing new pages and features as we add them, and improving existing ones as standards, tools and feedback evolve.

4. Known limitations

We want to be honest: despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In particular, certain third party or embedded content may not be fully accessible and is partly outside our direct control. Where we find gaps, we work to fix them or offer an accessible alternative.

5. Feedback

If you run into a barrier using this site, we genuinely want to hear about it, your feedback helps us improve for everyone. Email info@hospinotes.com or reach us through our contact page, and let us know the page and the problem you encountered. We'll do our best to respond promptly and put a fix or a workable alternative in place.
